Magma Evo is NAT’s most powerful single-ended monoblock, using one GM100 direct-heated triode per channel in a pure-Class-A, zero-global-feedback circuit. Its revised driver stage removes coupling capacitors and other passive components from the direct driver path, pursuing speed and immediacy with the minimum practical circuit complexity.
Two operating modes provide up to 170 watts for demanding loudspeakers or approximately 50 watts for high-sensitivity systems. A custom 1,200-watt output transformer, substantial energy storage, integrated AC conditioning and soft-start management support the unusually high output from a single-ended topology.
The amplifier is assembled with aerospace-grade resistors, high-energy capacitors, silver/OFC wiring and laboratory-grade terminals. A high-mass non-magnetic valve cage helps protect the GM100 while reducing the influence of environmental vibration.
